Steve Falusi is the lead chair of Welland Bridge 18 Committee since its inception. He is a resident of Welland's Dain City community for sixty years, A pioneer in community involvement, he has been a lifelong advocate for community recreation, safety, and ​growth. Spearheading a new bridge for the safety of the community of Dain City, Welland and its outlying neighbour municipalities, he has worked with media, politicians, and developers to bring the new Forks Road Bridge 18 to life.

John Flesch is the vice chair of Welland Bridge 18 Committee. He is a lifelong resident of Welland's Dain City community. John's community and political experience as Ward 6 councellor in the nineteen seventies ushered vital assistance to WB18 and its committee members to fulfill the goal of a new Forks Road Bridge 18. His inspiration to assist the committee with his vast knowledge of diplomacy is a vital artery in the accomplishment of the new Forks Road Bridge 18.
